Data roles are separate
A restaurant controls its guest data. The platform processes it under the data processing agreement.
Necessary cookies only
The service does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
Nightly protected copies
Each customer has encrypted nightly backups, retained for 30 nights.
Acceptance is recorded
Subscription documents are versioned and the accepted version is kept with the contract record.

Retention at a glance
Guest contact details use the restaurant's retention setting, with 365 days as the default. Financial and tax records have their own statutory retention period and are not removed by guest-data cleanup.
Account and service data remain available during the subscription and its export period. The owner can use the admin's data tools for export and account-closure requests.
