Version 1.0 · effective September 28, 2026
Plan Terms
This is the current version shown during signup and recorded with each acceptance.
1. Plans
TableServe is sold in three plans — Start, Pro and Max — for each business category (restaurant, quick service, café, bar, hotel). The exact price, the included number of locations, staff logins and QR codes, and the features of each plan are shown on the Subscription page before the plan is chosen and in the contract document afterwards. Prices are in euro, net of VAT.
2. Billing period
A plan is billed monthly or yearly, as chosen. The period starts on the day the plan is chosen (or, for a renewal, on the day the previous period ends) and runs for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly).
3. Renewal
A plan renews for the same period unless it is cancelled by the end of the current period. A renewal is recorded in a new contract document and invoiced at the price valid at the start of the new period; a price change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect.
4. Changing plans
Moving to another plan starts the new plan on the day of the change. What was left of the old period is not carried over. Plugins that came with the old plan and are not part of the new one stop with the change; plugins bought separately continue.
5. Plugins
A plugin is bought once and stays available for as long as the subscription continues without interruption. If the subscription lapses, plugins end with it and have to be bought again.
6. Cancellation
The Customer can cancel from the Subscription page at any time, with effect at the end of the current period, without giving a reason. Cancellation is confirmed by e-mail. Until the end of the period everything keeps working; afterwards the admin can be read but not changed, and the data can be exported for 30 days.
7. Trial
Where a plan is offered with a discounted first period, the discount applies to that period only; the following periods are billed at the regular price stated in the contract document.
8. Right of withdrawal
The service is sold to businesses. A sole trader who subscribes as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB has the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days; the withdrawal form is available from the Legal Centre.
